Most amazing service! A job exceptionally well done, professional, and fast. Yesterday my home garage door came crashing down, it was Easter Monday, and sideways rain all day - not good. I found Door Doctor Ottawa online and used their online booking tool which was fantastic. I was able to explain the situation, select a technician visit time (only four hours away), and even upload a photo of the problem. Kurtis was the door technician and he provided outstanding professional service. Kurtis replaced the broken parts, gave me tips on how to do user maintenance, and expert advice on what qualities to look for in a replacement door when the time comes.
