Ignore all 1 review persons. They are bots and are biased.

Utterly horrible house and customer service.
1. Tiles are crooked, unaligned drastically and caused injury to feet getting in and out of bathtubs.
2. Our windows had cracked several times due to setting and took over half a year to get replaced after we demanded the windows be reframed.
3. Foundation cracked
4. We watched foundations being poured in the fall and early winter and building on them right after.
5. Employee's are lazy but polite for obvious reasons.
6. Had issues with our furnace right away, needed work immediately.
7. Basement windows installed with missing screens.
8. Terrible roads with roads not being properly design for the entry and exits of the private roads.
9. Paying condo fee's and takes losani days later before arriving to clear snow, sometimes not clearing at all. We manually shoveled our own road multiple times.
10. Plumbing to house freezing on a regular basis.
11. Terrible employee's that lie to you face about lots of things and claim different on papers.
12. Paint for walls is construction paint and comes off right away with a simple wipe of a cloth to wipe dirt off walls. We seen the contract ordered paints from Master Paints, visited master paints and seen the paint orders for cheap construction paint.
13. Terrible comminuty with ignorant people parking on the sidewalks all the time and rude persons.
14. Worst money ever spent on semi-detached house! Two of my families cancelled their contracts for the properties after seeing the nonsense we deal with.
