We were part of a group that arrived on Feb. 15/20, late in the evening due to a delayed flight. The kitchen graciously agreed to stay open. Even though the hotel had received detailed instructions a month before, we got a king suite instead of two doubles. When I called down, I was told that the horrible sofa bed would have to do. Even though room service was supposedly available, no one was answering the phone. I had to go to the bar and order a sandwich and wait and wait. When I opened the bag in the room, the promised salad was missing and the advertised smoothie was nowhere. For a high class hotel, pretty shoddy! The suite was very nice but at night, the bed is the most important.
