A job that I was told that would take a few hours, turned into three days. They 'claimed' that the battery needed an extensive charge due to the stuck key draining it. No kidding as I stated that in my service request and had the vehicle towed there approximately three hours before the appointment! Why not take a stock battery and put it in the vehicle to diagnose and repair it while my battery was being charged? If I had taken my car to my normal mechanic, it would have been done Wednesday. After I got there to pick it up, no service adviser talked to me. I was just handed the paperwork and told the vehicle would be pulled around. Twenty minutes later, no one told me the car was pulled around. I WILL be sending an invoice for my lost time and wages. I also want to know why this is the second time this part has failed, why a service adviser didn't talk to me about my vehicle. Did it need any other work? Did they give it a once over like most shops? If so you tech sucks, because I know for a fact that the right front wheel bearing is in need of replacement. I expect a phone call within 24 hours of this review.
