Very angry I sent this email today to the director:

I would like to have a real explanation concerning my cat that I had to recover and was cremated supposedly by mistake (emergency service)

I had paid for the insineration with a waiting reserve so on Monday I called to confirm that I was going to pick it up this Wednesday I was confirmed that it was taken into account

And this Tuesday they call me to tell me that they took it by mistake I am shocked and my children as well ..... we are doubly shocked .......
