My appointment was at 9:30am today for my air cond...

My appointment was at 9:30am today for my air conditioner and the service advisor gave me the diagnosis before taking my SUV in to be service for the diagnosis. I am still here as of 3:41pm which will make over six (6) hours
A man came in at 1:00pm with the same issue (air conditioner) for his Silverado and his work was completed at 3:30pm.
