Have you ever felt like you were getting scr3wed? That's the way I feel anytime I deal with Nalley Toyota. I have been dealing with them over a year concerning a recall (oil consumption) that they said I am a victim of....then I'm not....then I am....then I'm not.....and they still won't resolve the issue. I'm tired of the incompetence, lack of professionalism and lack of dedication to customer service. I have a strong distrust of the service people and really don't want to deal with this dealership. Unfortunately, since I purchased the car there, it's close (i.e., convenient), and the dealership SHOULD handle all recalls.

Once I made this criticism on Yelp, I received a prompt response (within a day) from the GM saying to basically "contact him". Is is me or am I the customer??? Wouldn't the thing (good customer service) have been to look at my official complaint that was filed with his dealership and or Toyota and call me???? Or could he have even been crafty enough to say.....in-box me your contact information (cause I don't want to hunt it down) and I will call you? NOPE...not at Nalley Stonecrest Toyota (the all over the world company that doesn't care about the customer, only making the sale)......so, I backed down and said....I'm going to give this dealership another chance. I am going to call him back. I did. Guess what?????? After two messages, NO RESPONSE. Apparently they just don't care. So instead of giving it the 1 star, it is now -2.
