If there was option for negative starts it would get it. Service is horrible, no room service at all. shortage on towels, 1 towel per 2 people. To use the pool you need to pay $50 a day. Doesn't have all the proper utensils to prepare any food. All tiles are old, main pool is falling apart, tiles and stone fall off in a pool randomly, the hot tubs all same temperature and all super hot, they used to be different temperatures. Wet sauna looks like it never worked. Next door neighbor rooms, people in there seems like they are in your room, no sound proofing at all. Heater stuck on high, no matter how cold you set it, it still will be high 70's. the so called "included spa and massage" it's only included on ad, there nonsuch thing where and looks like that didn't work for a while. The kids playground is not so much for kids, everything high off the ground and doesn't seem so much kid friendly.
