It was a little difficult first time:
1. Google maps redirects you to to the sales center instead of service center
2. A little different than other service centers where the representatives come out when you are in the car for service.. have to put my car in the appt lane and then go inside to find the service center and then the representatives..
3. The service overall was good and the staff was fine.
