I am not a tech guy. I rely on Cyberworks for all of the computers in our family. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I have been a dedicated customer for nearly 10 years and they have always treated me right. Recently, I had multiple issues with a refurbished unit that I bought there and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They even covered a part that was outside the warranty.
