If I could rate this a half star, I would!! They had us running around for the pick up location to start this fiasco off. One address on the ticket, then a company rep called the day before the tour with a different address and to be there by 7:15 pm. Leave time is 7:30 so my group of 6 get to the site at 6:55, plenty of time. We notice signs with different tours, we don't see ours. We call both phone numbers listed on their website, repeatedly, no answer on either. Four of my group trek off to see if anything is around that may help. At 7:25 one of the groups phone rings. It's the tour company. We are indeed in the wrong place but right across the street from where we need to be. One way streets mind you. Ugh. Finally we get there but there are absolutely no signs telling you where to park. This is Savannah folks, they really love to give you souvenirs... in the form of parking tickets! So we park, two cars. A nice, frazzled, young lady, that works for them, comes out and tells us we are at the right location but we can't park where we parked. So off we go to move both cars. Success. Into the bus! Nice. Air conditioning is working, great! Seats are comfy, great! There is a roll call before we leave... Missing more guests. Hmmm?? Guess where we go... Back across the one way streets to our original starting location! Lord help us. So finally we're off! But wait... where is our complimentary drink? Hmm? Reckon we'll get it later. A comedian named Chris is getting started, we're ready to laugh and have a good time! We were ready but unable to complete the mission. This poor unenthousiastic guy was not funny. But we are making the best of it. Any one can have a bad day. Midway break time stop, supposed to have been a restaurant. It was a bar. A $12.50 a drink bar. Wait... where is my complimentary drink that came with the $30 ticket?! Well, maybe later. We leave the bar and continue the ghost tour, which is apparently the same exact stories you hear on every single ghost tour, in Savannah. Comedian still not funny even after talking about having done shots at the bar. He probably should have had a few more! But to his credit he did make me laugh twice in that gruelling 90 minutes. The tour is boring, other than seeing the beautiful sites of Savannah Georgia. Gorgeous city! I'm fortunate enough to only live a short drive away, thankfully. We drive past a distillery (the one we are supposed to have the complimentary drink), our comedian mc says "yeah that's where we were supposed to go but they're closed". What!?! Then he says "we've reached the drop off point, y'all have a good night and don't trip on the tip basket" Really?! I think not dear sir. So Pros: comfy seats, air conditioned bus, and you see some of the beauty Savannah has to offer. Cons: The company has major communication issues within itself. Not even sure what to tell guests as to where to be picked up at. Did not have someone answering the phone. Did not leave on time due to the first issue. Comedian was not funny. No drink given, but taken to a bar that is ridiculously pricey. No comp of any kind for all this. People, I'm as chill as they come, but this was not worth $30 of my hard earned money or yours! This company apparently isn't about customer satisfaction.
