The night my wife and I visited the kitchen was under staffed( only had 2chefs in) .
The tables were half to three quarters full, a group of ten was upstairs as well.
With a semi open kitchen, I was looking straight down the hot section and pass from the table we were sat at.
I saw the technique the chef used on several dishes before ours were made up. In a way I was not surprised that my wifes well done steak ( due to been pregnant) went back to go on again. As it came out well on the medium side.
As the kitchen was conscious of the time lapse from check on, to going out to the table
It was writen across his body language.
But on the whole, good tasty food, usually Dutch front of house service standards ( nothing to write home about)
But yes I would go again though.
