I love my new teeth!! Everyone was really nice every time I had an appointment. I recommend this place!

I have four kiddos and my oldest two definitely needed braces. We were recommended to SmileZone in 2019 and immediately felt comfortable there with the team on our first consultation. They worked with us to make sure it didn t break the bank, and treated our kiddos so so well. The doctors, hygienists, and all the staff are so accommodating and I ve seen massive progress with both my kiddos teeth. In fact, we re bringing in our third kiddo for her consult next month! Love SmileZone. Wouldn t recommend any other. Highly recommend SmileZone.

My experience at SmileZone Orthodontics was amazing. The staff were always warm, welcoming, helpful and on time. My teeth turned out exactly the way that Dr. Brown said they would in the time frame he said originally and I could not be happier. I highly recommend going to SmileZone.

Dr. Van Elslande and Dr. Brown are amazing. The team is efficient, super friendly and great at making the kids feel comfortable. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish and now my daughter has great looking teeth. In addition, front office staff is extremely helpful in dealing with the insurance company and lastly, the team is always on time. We never had to wait!
Overall, I highly recommend.

I came to Smilezone before my wedding with the hope of straightening my one problem tooth . A year later, I have the teeth I had hoped for, plus my TMJD symptoms have been alleviated. I did not realize that the headaches I had for years were directly related to my poor jaw/bite alignment. On top of that, the staff is friendly and welcoming! Thank you Dr. Duncan and Dr. Dana!

My son just finished his phase one today. The doctors and staff at Smile Zone are amazing! My son has sensory issues and they were always patient and kind with him. Any concerns we ever had were always handled efficiently and professionally.

Front staff is incredible. Thank you Debbie, I appreciate you taking the time to answer my questions along the way. You helped ease our concerns and helped me understand where his treatment was at. Overall, we are pleased with the results.

Only gave 4 stars because process (had them on for 26mths) was quite a bit longer than expected. Communication from orthodontic team could've been more frequent, especially to help explain delays in the process, or tell us what to expect at each stage.

Well I don t even know where to start, I went for two other consultations before finally ending up at the right spot. My pass consults lead me to a dr who said I sound be better off having all teeth removed and getting implants but when I went for that consultation I was sent to smile zone and then everything changed. It s been one month less then two years and my braces have been removed. I have a full prefect smile with all my natural teeth and couldn t be any happier. More then all that the entire staff there is absolutely nothing short of amazing every check up feels more like a visit with friends and family. I would recommend anyone to this family. Thank you to you all.

My experience at smilezone was overall a very good experience. The staff was always so nice and they did everything really fast and efficient. Although I did not like the idea of getting braces, it wasn t actually that bad and I really enjoyed collecting the tokens and all of the contests they held.

I was referred by a couple people that had brought there children here so I thought we would check it out. The staff here are amazing. They are so friendly. The appointment s are always on time. My daughter enjoyed her time here and looked forward to her dental appointments. I will definitely be bringing my other children here. I highly recommend

I dealt with this place for months for my tmj injury, doctor brown made me a splint which made my jaw lock up completely, i was brought in several different times regarding the issue of how the splint he made me was making my jaw worse, and all he did was adjust it and have me out of the office within 5 minutes each time, lack of effort, lack of concern with there patients well beings. As soon as i expressed my frustation with there office they dropped me as a client, so if you wanna spend money on treatment that will not benefit you at all, treatment that will make your issue worse actually this is the place to go!

I did not verbally assault your staff dont be lying on here to try and make your office look good , i did not use vulgar language your receptionist was very ignorant, i argued with her yes, but i did not verbally assault anyone. Dont lie to protect your image

I think these people are amazing. It seems I have almost grown up here from my braces then my kids and now further dental work. From the welcome when you check in to the warm yummy cookies. My sons and I have been to the Calgary office and now we are happy to travel to the near by Okotoks office. We feel like family and the quality of care is the best. Would highly recommend Dr.Duncan and Dr. Dana and their staff for all your orthodontic needs.

I ve had braces for more of my life than I haven t and Smilezone made it amazing. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always willing to answer questions or help when things got damaged. There s a real family feeling to everyone and I ve grown up and made friends with all sorts of people here. My braces journey is over now and I m so glad for all the people at Smilezone who helped me get here. I d give it an even higher rating if I could.

Was a patient myself as a kid and was delighted to bring my son in for treatment. Such a strong emphasis on making the kids feel safe and welcome combined with amazing care. Every staff member treats us like gold, but Julia and Darlene are our favorites :)

Both orthodontist (Dr.Brown and Dr.Dana) are very gentle and generous for me since I started my brace in 2018 september. Whenever I visited in here, Dr.Brown made me to give a smile and expected to see him in every appointment. Even Dr.Dana made me to give a comfort so both of them were very awesome to me. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for great orthodontist. I really appreciate to them and other staffs who helped me out all the time. I wanted to leave an honest review to encourage others who are currently considering orthodontics to choose SmileZone. I am an adult patient and I wanted to get braces for a long time to correct my overbite, however I couldn t afford it and I was nervous about the procedures. I visited this office based on a recommendation and I am very happy that I did. When I first walked into the SmileZone clinic I was greeted by the friendly front desk staff, they quickly checked me in and offered me a drink and snack while I waited. I was quite impressed by the inside of the office as it is very modern, clean, and bright. I met with Dr. Dana Van Elslande who was very pleasant and professional. Dana did a thorough examination, provided me with a few different treatment options, shared before and after photos from similar procedures, answered my questions, and developed a payment plan that was manageable.

Dr. Van Elslande has a gentle touch when she is working on your teeth and is very understanding. I am thrilled because I am already starting to see a difference in my teeth. SmileZone also has an incentive program and prize draw that they offer to their patients to promote good hygiene and self care. Participants have a chance to be rewarded for taking proper care of their braces on daily basis. Next week Dr. Van Elslande and Dr. Brown are taking clients to see Beauty and the Beast movie at the theaters. Before I was apprehensive about seeing an Orthodontist, now I actually enjoy my appointments as I get to socialize with the staff and grab a cookie or two.
