Amazing family owned company. From the time I arrived in orientation, I was greeted by the kindest staff that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They have worked amazingly at getting me home when I need or want to be. They even gave me the option of what kind of truck I wanted to drive. The only reason I am not giving them five stars, is because of their lack of desire to branch out to anything other than dry vans. The quality of the hotel that you are put in for orientation, is kind of sketchy and dengy which gives you an bad first impression of the company (quickly changed once you meet them). The equipment could be in a bit better shape and lastly, I personally take their mandatory route, fuel stops, a bit insulting because it makes you feel as though they dont trust that you know how to do your job and it also sucks when you're like me and have a preference in truckstops. These areas could use some improvements but other than that, these guys are awesome and will be the best decision you ever made to hire on with. Also they have an amazing open door policy that allows you to speak with whoever you desire, clear up to the owner of the company! Who mind you, is the sweetest lady you will ever meet.

50 away is a huge parking area and driver of 406 parks next to motel taking up 5 spots and their office is very rude and unprofessional

Worst place ever they leave you stranded if you fail a test don't get to test again

Not a good place to work out because I keep you out 14 days and no days off you got a fight with dispatch just try to get some days off

They make drivers sit and get drivers lousy miles and there shop is a bunch of lazy mechanics

I came to work for seward and I havent found anything wrong every one I have met or had dealing with have been profesdional and polite I have been getting good miles pay is great and the guys in the shop do therr best I have no complaints

If you are a veteran driver in the autumn of your career than you might want to give Seward a look. From top to bottom they are genuine and authentic. If you hold up your end of the bargain by being Safe, Reliable and Professional than in turn they will take great care of you. Old Knights of the Road have a Home here.

This is a very good Company to drive for and they are fair for the most part as i have driven for them in the past and i miss the company culture there!

Love the purple trucks. I drive one. Very awesome people here. They care about their drivers and I for one am pretty happy.

Very friendly open door policy. Decent equipment. The management makes you feel very welcomed and appreciated, they are always willing to talk and help you through any problems. They are quick to help with any maintenance issues on the road, their shop personell are knowledgeable and skilled and will fix any issue with truck before sending it back out. Pay is competitive. Good company to work for.

I have truck 398 it drives great and miles so far no complaints so far
Now I have truck 428 runs pretty good
Many miles with this truck
But I'll miss 398 truck

Have not done any any business with them but one of their trucks was going through a red light as we had a green, they were in the lane next to myself and started merging into my lane without a blinker and was forced to slam on the breaks to avoid getting hit. Their truck did not slow down or move back to the other lane.

Husband wirks for Seward, I am a ride along. There's only 1 major issue I have with them, and that's not being able to have my fur baby with me.
