Wasn't everything I thought it would be. Staff asked several times for reservation name. When we wanted more champagne and to order lunch, we had to track down someone to help. In fact, from a business perspective money was left on the table because we had to wait so long, we weren't able to order everything we wanted. For brand recognition and the cost... I expected so much more. I was only there for spa services and if it wasn't for my boss treating me, I would have said something.
