It's located upstairs in the building on the corner of Island Way (the bridge from the mainland) and Dana Drive. (That's the building on your immediate right as you cross the bridge and come to the stop sign and turn right.)

To really get to Dana Point Yacht Club (DPYC), located at 24999 Dana Drive, just keep going towards the Dana Point Harbor Headlands. DPYC occupies the entire building at the at the very end of the street.
