Lovely house BUT we were led to believe by houseplan shown & labeled with "elevator"on all 3 floors, that there actually was one. We discovered on arrival that it was merely an elevator shaft. (A serious problem for the handicapped.) But the worst was the unwillingness to do anything, refund anything, or even apologize. Also we were told they would call us back but never did. With 18 steps per floor this was no small problem & would have been impossible for anyone in a wheelchair.
