Buying experience was great, however the service department down the road is junk. When you walk in the service door. Everyone looks mad at the world, they have attitudes. Nobody greets you, it is like pulling teeth. Every time I have to get my vehicle serviced, I dread driving out there. It would be nice to feel appreciated, since after all it is the consumer/customer that keeps the lights on. My family and I have bought over a dozen new vehicles from them. I can honestly say, I am fed up with them and will either go to a new dealership or another brand. I advise others to do the same.
