Absolutely terrible customer service - do not reco...

Absolutely terrible customer service - do not recommend! I have had an issue with my meter readings since April and the issue is still not resolved 7 months later. I have been told four times that a senior member of the team will be in touch and I have still not been contacted. I understand that the current climate has slowed down communication, but waiting 7 months (and counting) is unacceptable. This is by far the worst service I have received from an energy provider.
