Sat in the waiting room for almost 6 hours then was in a room for damn near 3 hours. The staff at the check in desk were rude as hell. The doctors don't seem to know what they're doing, not that I'm a doctor or nurse but I have family who are both who told me more about what was wrong with me than they could. It seems like every time someone I know goes here they're waiting in the waiting room for 6+ hours! That is ridiculous will never be coming back to Genesys as a patient anyway. Would leave a 1 star but if won't let u
