I'm afraid I'm going to have to change my review because things have gone downhill with increasing speed in the last year and a half. Communication issues persist, whether it is the request website being down or not getting a reply from a building manager on major problems - like consistently beeping and damaged smoke alarms in common areas. We are incredibly dissatisfied in the lack of movement and general lack of any sense of urgency in this company. We can't wait to be done with them.

Below is my review from the Summer of 2017:
Maria Farias and her assistant Haura are really great. My husband and I own a condo in Takoma Park that we bought before the crash and the building still has not recovered. Our jobs took us elsewhere, so we are reluctant landlords trying to do the best we can. When issues come up, like a leaky ceiling, how do we know if it's up to us or the person upstairs to take a look? Maria coordinates this effectively. She has an excellent understanding of the property and the laws that govern the condo association and she works directly with the board to solve problems. It's important to remember to use the request form on the website for the fastest responses. Sometimes we wonder how Maria does all that she does - she manages 11 properties! - but in any case, we're grateful!
