Some departments do an awesome job, others not so ...

Some departments do an awesome job, others not so much. The express oil department go out of their way to help, but my experience with the service department was not good at all. The oil express department said the oil cap had not been recapped correctly and had been the cause of all my problems. The last people to do the oil had been the service department for the 50,000 mile tune up that cost over $500. Called a mgr who did not really care about the situation. On the road all the time & I need dependable, reliable service for the more than $500 I spent.
