Cursed the day I bought these people, they are careless, after 1 month the sliding of the TALZANO sofa comes off, for assistance I had to send videos and photos to the shop (which also has an email that does not support attachments ) and after 1 month the piece arrives at the logistics but now delivery cannot be made because 1 document is missing from the head office !!! But nobody knows what document is being kept and nobody knows how to call the headquarters !!!! Do we realize in 2020 ???
