I made an appointment to view a car at Jim Ellis and on the day of the appointment, at the dealership, I was told that someone else, called that morning, was coming to get the car. They did not put down a deposit and they were not there. I was turned away even thought I had scheduled in advance to view and potentially buy the car. It was a very disappointing experience.
