Our paper is rarely delivered before 9:30 or 10:00...

Our paper is rarely delivered before 9:30 or 10:00am. Customer service is terrible as one cannot speak to a person and no one seems to care. I have complained about this numerous time and nothing has changed. Customer's seem to be ignored.
