Poor.

Poor.
1. Walked into office, sat down and manager never acknowledged me for 5 minutes.
2. Set up appt 10 days earlier but still had to tell him why I was there.
3. He wanted to make sure I knew that since I had after market rims and tires no alignment was offered. Not hey it looks nice but just so you know... .
4. Didn t ask if I needed a ride, leaving or if I was staying.
5. Truck was done, no phone call or anyone that came into the lobby to let me know.
6. Standing at counter and person acted like I was interrupting them when I asked for my paperwork.
