order made on 9/1/2019 at the point of sale Poltronesofa Antegnate (BG) a sofa + ottoman with indicated delivery in 7 weeks. So far 16 weeks have passed but I am still waiting for the delivery of the order. Every time I go to the Antegnate store I get vague answers and often contradict each other. They are still unable to tell me when they will deliver the sofa. I feel taken for a ride and I think their behavior is improper and not very serious. I ask for immediate delivery of the order or alternatively the cancellation and return of the deposit.
