Great Purchasing Experience, Aim to resolved customer issue.

Mr. Pete from Ciocca Dealership, reached us with his sincere and professional email.
And he fixed what was broken and by doing that, he showed us this Dealership is concern and take care their customers.

Aside of the small issue between us, we happy with our purchase.
Our car was washed and really clean when we came back to pick it up.

Thank you Pete, you win back our trust with this dealership.

Ignoring costumer and broken promise.

Internet sales team (Sierra) responded quickly for my inquiry and offer me Gift Card if I stop by and take the test drive.
So I went there first (the furthest dealer) from my to go dealers list on that day.
Sales person (John) was friendly and keep my interest on the car.
And Finance Manager (Chris), assisted me with my budget.

But after I signed the paper and asked about the gift card, both just ducking away the question and promise it will be on my email soon.
3 days later I picked up my car and mention about the gift card, and he just mumbling about it.

A week later, I sent email to Virginia (Internet sales manager) and John, and no reply what so ever from any of them.
After that I sent a review/complaint to their Office/website, using their link and still nothing up until now (3 weeks).

Not the amount of the Gift Card that tick me off, but the broken promise and ignoring the customer are.
