The salesman failed to check for damages on a brand new vehicle upon its arrival from an out of state dealership three days prior to my arrival. I was scheduled to take the vehicle home today; however, paint damage was found on the hood of the vehicle. Unfortunately, I was not offered another vehicle to drive until the damages were repaired on the new vehicle. I am so disappointed.
