We went in last week & John Parra was helping us to find a Toyota Tacoma that would fit our needs and budget. He helped us with every step and tried to make the process as easy as possible.
Being honest with you, I was surprise that it didn't take an eternity for the process to be done.
We've been to Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM Dealer Nanuet NY & to Ramsey Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and even that I know that the brand is totally different, I really appreciate that the service was TOTALLY different and much better.
I personally appreciate that John wasn't trying to rush us, or put pressure on us to buy the car. He was very nice & patient.
My family felt comfortable with the fact that John speaks Spanish & pretty much almost everyone there is bilingual.
