Continuous noise of machines in the rooms, mattress too soft, lack of involvement of the staff .... we forgot some boots in a first room that they gave us and we had to ask for the change for an excessive noise, and these boots disappeared, robbery, theft ... magic? I do not know, but the hotel staff did not care about anything. In a room occupied by 4 people you need 4 bath towels, we had to ask for them every day.
