I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give 0! Hor...

I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give 0! Horrible place to do business. Pushy sales department and rude finance department. I first bought a vehicle from Billion Iowa City around 2012. We agreed on pricing and terms and I was told I could take the vehicle home while we waited for the financing to go through. It was after hours or a Saturday maybe. Monday I get a call that all's well. Stop in and sign the paperwork. I go in to do that, mind you I live an hour away. Finance guy has it all laid out of the desk. "Sign here, here, and here". All's well for a month or so, and I get my first statement. It was almost $100 more than we had agreed on. So, I pull out the paperwork. They upped the price $3000! When I called the finance guy and told him what was going on, his reply was "You should have read before you signed". While this is true, where I come from, your word is your bond. And if you shake hands on a deal, that's the end of it. Lesson learned. Fast forward to 2016. I have my vehicle nearly paid off and I find the truck I've been searching high and low for. Unfortunately, it's on a Billion lot. My wife talks me into giving them another shot. We work up a deal on trade, I explain the previous experience, was told that fella doesn't work there anymore, and that they'd take good care of us. Once again it's after hours. A couple days later I get a call that the financing didn't go through the way I needed it to. higher interest rate, or something. I told him I'd be back up that afternoon to bring the truck back and get my vehicle. Keep in mind, nothing was signed at this point. I arrive at the dealership that afternoon, and low and behold, they can't find my vehicle. Come back tomorrow and we'll track it down. THEY CAN'T FIND MY VEHICLE!! Next day I get a call that it had "inadvertently been sent to auction" and "it'll take a few days to get it back". I was told to hang onto the new truck and they'd touch base when they were able to track it down. A week later, my payment is due for my original vehicle that still hasn't been found. I call Billion to see where we're at on it, and let them know the payment is now due, and I don't want to make a payment on something I am not in possession of. They say they're doing their best to find it. I call my finance company and explain the situation, and that they've lost the vehicle somewhere in the auction process. They advised me to let Billion know that they had 24 hours to "find" it, or they were pressing theft charges. Magically within 30 minutes, the vehicle showed up on the lot. I drive an hour there to get it. Now they can't find the keys. Come back tomorrow when the sales person is back, and they'll track them down. I go back up again the next day. It's the sales person's day off. REALLY??? 4 hours later, the keys were found in his desk drawer. Right where he put them when we made our deal. I watched him put them there. Now, how could this vehicle been sent to auction, lost, magically reappear, and the keys end up right where I saw them go? My theory is the thing never left the lot and they were trying to get me to cave to the higher terms because "Sorry, this is your only option. Your vehicle is gone already. Whoops..." Never, EVER, will I step foot on a Billion lot again. I've told everyone I know that are looking at purchasing a vehicle, to stay away.
