robin contacted me by text wanting to know if we were still looking for a 3500 diesel, i texted back yes, she forwarded me pics and info on 2 trucks, we were interested in the red one, we were told the truck had a new transmission in it and i requested info on the warranty on transmission. she never did answer my question. we set up a meeting for sat morning between 930 and 10 am. we traveled from Monticello again feeling weary of the hole deal. last time we came there to see a truck we waited over 1 hour for them to get it running and when we saw it we thought they pulled it out of a salvage yard. we arrived at 10 am as agreed and we were attacked by several salesman before we got out of our truck, we asked for robin and were told she was off by Mr Glenn, i told him we had arranged a meeting with her sat morning at 10 am. we went inside and waited while Mr Glenn went for robin, he came back with a phone girl and said she had stepped out and Mr Glenn will help us with are needs. of to his desk, he asked if we wanted coffee or water my wife said water and off he went to get keys to truck. he returned and said there was a small problem with truck, they had sold it the day before. Mr Glenn must have had rockets attached to his bottom the way he shot from his seat and disappeared, my wife and i were dumbfounded. we left and will never return. i want to thank robin for being so professional and thank her on her excellent people skills and what a great investment she made on the money she or the company made on the training. i can only hope some day she needs help and she meets the same kind of person she is and gets to experience the same treatment. i hope the upper management congratulates here and awards her with a great award for chasing a paying customer away. i will take my money and spend it somewhere else. im looking at this as a blessing. if buying the vehicle is so sad. what happens when the car needs repaired and im faced with even more special treatment. im sorry robin for being a nuance to you and your staff. regards the Jones's
