I signed up and no paper. Received a lot of automated calls asking if I received the papers. Went through that process and no paper for two weeks so cancelled. Noticed that I was charged through my banking and called Indy Star to resolve but I technically have no account and was told no refunds under $10 when ironically I was charged 9 something. Talked to two different reps in between hang ups through "Let me transfer you" and received two completely different answers. Only consistency was no forwarding telephobe numbers or contacts available to pass on to dispute outside of the call center. So basically I paid for no paper but the Star benefits. Lets see if this gets resolved before another $9 next month.
