Sadly our stay was not pleasant. Initially the front desk staff were polite, however as pur stay progressed our interactions with staff became less pleasant. Our suite came with a hide a bed couch, however no sheets or extra pillows were supplied. I called the front desk who informed me if I wanted them I'd have to come get them. They sounded a bit put out. At the breakfast my fiance went to grab some food for me to bring to the room. He asked for a tray to carry the food to the room and was told they do not supply trays very abruptly. They also advised him breakfast was over now and made sure to make him feel unwelcome. Our king suite was also quite a bit smaller than what we are accustomed to. We stay at Homewood Suites in many locations with the same room, however this room was dwarfed. We will not stay at this venue again.
