Danon in Service was thoughtful in his approach and generous in his handling of my situation, including putting me into a loaner program car for the two weeks that my car was in the shop. My Hyundai Veloster (purchased at Cherokee Hyundai in Kennesaw) has been a lemon since day 1 (the electrical system conked out on the very first drive off the lot back in 2012, and the car has given me nothing but problems ever since--problems that the dealership I bought it from were not willing to investigate sufficiently or solve). Jim Ellis happily took ownership of those problems even though I'd bought my vehicle somewhere else, and even fixed some previously unidentified problems with the car (ie, the headlights now turn fully off like they've always been meant to with my remote key). There are still a few issues that will probably never be resolved because of how my particular car was made, but I will certainly trust Jim Ellis to meet my service needs in the future, and the loaner that they put me into has somewhat restored my faith that Hyundai can actually create a more reliable car.
