You were very aware of my experience, since 4 of my children had surgery there. I went to risk management and to your accrediting agency, who opened an investigation based on my concerns; you did everything you could to not only not address concerns, but to cover your tracks. At this point, please don't add insult to very serious injury. It cannot be undone.
