Don't waste your time with a hard credit hit on this place....

I applied for a 15,000 auto loan and was denied due to the credit/debt ratio being to high. They won't even consider the fact I have 100% on time payments on all my credit accounts, have paid off numerous car loans, a good credit score and a combined available credit among all my credit cards of over 100K. The answer was just "NO". No further attempt made...just NO. And I was told I'd be getting a call back and never did. I had to follow up with an e-mail to their customer service email address because they left me hanging. In the meantime, my dream car slipping away waiting on this guy, Lennie, to give me a response. After my e-mail, Lennie called to tell me it was denied. Shortly after, I got the denial e-mail from them. Don't waste your time with these people...seriously. Plus their rates are pretty high up there.
