Is this business legitimate? I did a public record...

Is this business legitimate? I did a public record search in their county and I found nothing about them. As if they don't exist. I tried calling them to ask about their DBA name but no one answers the phone. I tried several options e.g. sales, customer service, operator... No answer. The reason why I'm enquiring is b/c I got one of those calls where they claim to be calling inbehalf of a medical group and they request personal information. It seems to be a scam. Be careful when doing business with them.
