Pro: Great location, very good fitness club, great...

Pro: Great location, very good fitness club, great view from 80+ levels, good club lounge at level 83. Walking distance to IFC mall, Superbrand mall, ferry station, very polite and friendly staff
Contra: rooms are not clean, overpriced restaraunts and overoverpriced room service with dirty trays and lids (twice had food leftovers from another dishes in my roomservice order), plumbing issues in bathroom
