I can t express how pleased my wife and I are with the customer service of everyone over at Kelley. We just purchased a new car for her through Jon Kelley and the experience was outstanding. As long as I m in the area, there won t be another person I buy a car from. He wasn t pushy or aggressive and he genuinely comes across like he cares about making sure both sides leave happy. In addition, Stephanie Hartman and Brian McKinley were two others I dealt with. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Again, these are the people I will go back to every single time. Big shoutout to Andy Manor, also a Kelley employee, for the recommendation. Not only is he my go-to guy when I need something fixed for my car, as I ve learned he s the smartest guy I know on that front, but he promised excellent service and the team surpassed it. Five-star group of people all the way around.
