Initially met Vivian in the finance office. She was nice and kind. Process was great and we were excited to pick up our vehicle. On day of delivery Dee helped us with our paperwork. We felt the process was unprofessional and we felt really uncomfortable the entire time. Sales tactics were not transparent and extremely pushy.. and she did not seem to address our questions and concerns properly. She seemed to be confused herself and was not confident in her answers to us.

We feel If you don t understand the contract yourself, you should not be asking us to sign it. Please have better trained and knowledge staff as purchasing a vehicle is a big commitment for us.
