The customer service I received from Kelly was excellent. Prompt and clear responses to the issues/questions I raised. Very professional and supportive in working to deliver the best resolution for myself the client. The matter was resolved quickly and very much to my satisfaction. Clearly having the issue resolved to my satisfaction is important but its not reason I am writing this review, it was the way it was resolved that stood out for me. Well done Kelly, first class customer service is rare, you should be proud of yourself. Best wishes Stuart
