Very difficult to find a structure that sells veterinary drugs that are salable without a prescription, without going through an expensive consultation. One should be able to buy dewormers as a cure or preventative without consultation. Veterinarians, it becomes more like the dentists, the money before the patients (I do not ask them to be a monk!)
