It took them 7 months to get my my final bill. When I asked why it took them so long, they said "We have no idea". I was also being charged at the wrong rate for over a year which ended up giving me a huge final bill. When suggested I use a credit repayment plan for the final bill, they took the full amount out of my account before the final paper bill had even arrived. Customer service is ok, even though I was frequently kept on hold for 20 minutes or more. I was even disconnected from the call once, because I was on hold for too long. Would probably not use this company again.
