I brought my 16 Tacoma in on short notice and without an appointment. Jacob and the team in the Service Department got the problem diagnosed and resolved quickly and had me out the door ASAP. I was able take the Taco out of town for a long road trip a few days later without having to worry about anything. While I was waiting for the repairs, John updated me on the progress and hooked me up with a courtesy car which made it possible to make it to some appointments that I would have had to miss otherwise. I always appreciate John s attention to detail and professionalism when I bring my Tacoma in for routine service appointments, and I appreciate the high level of service that I consistently see from the rest of the team.
