am an existing Hyundai customer for many years and I have been doing business with another dealership( Fred Beans) and I have decided to give this dealership a try since they are local to where I reside. I must say that the sales experience was awful. I have handled all of the formalities with the sales person over the phone and my wife went in to finalize the deal. To my surprise my wife was treated with little to no respect. The sales person was rude and seemed visually angered and upset during part of the process where my wife had to call him out on his attitude. I was also called a liar in the process. It is a shame that this turned out this way. When you purchase a new vehicle it should be a pleasurable and fun experience and this person just completely ruined this.
