I'm very disappointed with my Toshiba laptop which I bought from centre com 2 years ago (because I thought Toshiba was a good brand), within 12 months the speed of the laptop gradually diminished, took it back to store paid $55 to have it reformatted and was told it would run more smoothly once this was done. Computer worked ok for a few weeks then gradually slowed down again, it has now slowed down to a point where it freezes completely and the computer is rendered completely useless. The Bluetooth also doesn't work, I bought 2 Bluetooth speakers, one from Kmart and a Sony, both failed to connect to the computer. I called back and was told nothing can be done as it is past the 12 months warranty and to bring it back again to have it checked again and I will be charged another $55 for this to be done. Regardless of it being past the warranty period, the laptop is only 2 years old and shouldn't be doing this, it is not doing what it is supposed to and Centre com should take responsibility for selling me a faulty or poor product. If you're trying to run a successful business, then there's no such thing as "nothing can be done". Selling poor products will reflect on your business whether you made it or another company did. So thanks Centre com, for selling me a lemon
