Normally I would give a perfect score based on past experiences. This time wasn't as perfect. The service and the people were awesome as usual, but the wait time was horrible. We got there on time and they for us in right away. They said it would be about 45 minutes. That was at 11:35. At 1:15, I decided to see how much longer it would be. A lady checked for me and then the service manager came and told me there had been some miscommunication and that my car had been done and sitting out front for a long time. He did apologize and gave 3 free car washes. My main issue is that I drive down from Cedar Rapids and always make my appointments around the time frame they give me. I understand things happen, but I needed to be back in CR by 1:30 for an appointment and I was quite late.
