Friendly, but slightly incompetent staff. Booked "...

Friendly, but slightly incompetent staff. Booked "premium" dorm, that was not really premium, bathroom shower wasn't ensuite.
Free breakfast is included which is nice.
Need to bring your own lock for locker.
